Setting web request log using system properties not working

      Setting the following configuration using system properties (as described in the documentation) doesn't seem to have any impact:

      export JAVA_ARGS_APPEND='-Dwebconfig.requestLog.filename=${artemis.instance}/log/http-access-yyyy_MM_dd.log -Dwebconfig.requestLog.append=true -Dwebconfig.requestLog.extended=true' && ./broker/bin/artemis run
