Run amq7 broker instance

Create an address X

on the address X create a queues A and B

Send an message to the queue A

In Admin Console (Hawtio) go to the Browse which is under address X and the queue A

Click on the message

Click on the button "Move"

Fill a queue name to B

Whats happens when you move a message:

The message under queue A was not deleted.

The message under queue B was not added.

Expected:

The message under queue A was deleted.

The message under queue B was added .
