MQTT v5 Support

      Hi.

      It will be very useful if we can provide a subscription model like queues, to split the load among consumers.

      MQTT 5 has an open issue on this feature (https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/MQTT-234) and it seems new version already implements it:

      But currently 6.x installed brokers has no option on this feature. It seems like the subscription strategy can be extended, like in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMQ-5290
