If test is disabled because of some jira, we use @Disabled(JIRA) code in Claire.

After some time, these disabled jiras accumulate and it's impossible to keep track of it.

Create a script, that would go over these jiras from Claire, check Jira staus and if it's fixed, dev complete/closed/verified -> act accordingly.

Provide results in some form. In future ideally open PR with removed such code @DIsabeld code.
