Test Broker Message Migration when using BrokerProperties configuration

preambula:

BrokerProperties is a configuration which is bound to a StatefulSet. Need to verify that configuration applied through BrokerProperties would still be valid for MessageMigration purposes.

First example of configuration which might break is:

• enforcing Authorization of messaging clients
• Configuring it through BrokerProperties instead of CR

Theory is that MM would not work in this configuration. To be verified.
