The web console in the primary node cannot be accessed should that node become passive in the event of a failover. However, the web console can be accessed when the backup node is passive.

The embedded web server will not get initialised when the primary node becomes passive following a failover event. (allow-failback must be set to false in the backup instance.) 

1. Primary - active: web console can be accessed
2. Backup - passive: web console can be accessed
3. Kill the primary
4. Start the primary
5. The primary broker becomes passive: Unable to access the web console
