@Gary Tully so.. we will add a new parameter, database-page-size-bytes, defaulted at 100K on address-settings

if user is using JDBC, system will use that parameter.. if using journal, it will use the "previous" page-size-bytes

That way we won't have to do any tricky logic to adapt the new semantics.. it should be a lot cleaner.
