Allow broker classpath extension - additional jaas or jdbc jar(s)

      currently we need an init container to copy jars to the lib/ext directory. it should be possible with a special extra mount or possibly with a config map (but with a config map there are size limits)

      we can follow the -xx postfix in a similar manner to jaas and logging config.
