Currently name is hardcoded to "amq-broker". It needs to be better reflecting the broker position in SS as well as SS itself due to externalization of Broker console.

Currently, "name" metadata attribute is only changing the name of statefulset itself. It should also change the name of the Broker instance as well, i.e. the way Broker identifies itself. This has to do with https://issues.redhat.com/browse/ENTMQBR-8251, as console needs a proper way of identifying which broker is which in a given statefulset, which currently seems impossible
