Missing slf4j logger classes in create instance module

      When setting up the broker instance using /INSTALL_DIR/bin/artemis create mybroker, and after the questions have been answered, the following message appears during the journal testing phase:

      SLF4J: Failed to load class "org.slf4j.impl.StaticLoggerBinder".
SLF4J: Defaulting to no-operation (NOP) logger implementation
SLF4J: See http://www.slf4j.org/codes.html#StaticLoggerBinder for further details.

      The instance appears to set up ok, though.
