[RFE] MQTT bridge

at the moment we don't offer any mqtt bridging functionality as mosquitto does (https://mosquitto.org/man/mosquitto-conf-5.html Configuring Bridges)

it is quite a typical use case in Edge and IoT world since some would like to synchronize a local MQTT broker to a remote one (and most likely not using the same product for both Far Edge and Core, so proprietary mirroring is not usable).

I understand that introducing this inside the product might cause performance issues, because of possible blocking calls, so my suggestion is to provide it as a plugin or part of the AMQ Clients.
