In a load-balancing cluster, the advisory messages block the cluster bridge preventing message distribution among the participating nodes in the cluster bridge. In the corresponding environment, the advisory addresses were not defined. However, the message broker was trying to move advisory messages to the other nodes in the cluster, blocking message distribution.

The aforementioned environment used the OpenWire protocol. Unfortunately, it was not possible to recreate this locally. The advisory messages were turned off. However, a solution is required to prevent advisory messages from blocking message redistribution.  The message broker should not attempt to redistribute advisory messages if an advisory address is not defined in the cluster nodes.
