Provide the Capability To Download a Large Message Payload from the Web Console Browser UI

Currently, messages larger than the default large message size are not displayed when browsing the message queue in the web console. Instead the text "[large message]" is displayed.

This enhancement would make the text above a clickable link. Clicking the link would download the message to allow inspection of the content on the local machine where the console is open.
