Expose brokerProperties settings in a way that can be shown in the container.

    Description

      the address Settings set via brokerProperties are not persisted in container:/amq-broker/etc/broker.xml. In fact, we will need to access it via curl command. 

      It is very difficult to see what was being set and the final settings of the broker.
