Review the upgrade procedure for broker container images

The procedure to upgrade the broker container image for an Operator-based broker deployment by specifying an AMQ Broker version is based on the following ActiveMQArtemis CRD fields: spec.version, spec.upgrades.enabled and spec.upgrades.minor, see the doc pages:

The original design as provided by our systems engineering team requires the upgrades: major: minor: as a part of enabling version changes. This is redundant with the version: field see ENTMQBR-7421 and broken see ENTMQBR-7478
