Route configuration doesn't get updated after enabling SSL for wconsj route

    Description

      1) oc create -f amq_broker.yaml: `sslEnabled=false` in web console

      2) oc apply -f amq_broker.yaml `sslEnabled=true` in web console

       

      result: ssl still not enabled (TLS Configuration in Route is completely off)
