This is a request for an enhancement.

A predefined troubleshooting data will speedup triage and simplify interaction between support and engineers.

Currently there isn't a dedicated tool to collect diagnostic data for an broker's cluster on Openshift. Openshift has must-gather, a customizable tool to collect data from an Openshift's cluster. An example it's the Cluster Logging- must-gather GitLab. Another approach it's just a user script like the Strimzi report.sh.
