Hawtio console unable to load 30k queues

      1. Start AMQ Broker 7.10
      2. Verify that we are able to login to the hawtio console and it shows addresses, memory etc information
      3. Close the hawtio console
      4. Extract the sample application from the attachment
      5. Run the main method in ArtemisClient.java class This will create 30k dynamic queues
      6. Login to the hawtio console.
      7. Now it does not load all the information and shows a blank page.

      When 30k dynamic queues are created, the hawtio console is unable to load.

      It keeps loading for some time and then displays a blank screen with the Artemis logo and the user logo.

      Setting the `Max collection size` in the Jolokia Preferences Tab to 500 doesn't help.
