examples pom enables snapshot repo for release artifacts

The examples pom adds the snapshot repo to allow snapshot builds for the examples to work in isolation (e.g as found in the assembly). This definition incorrectly leaves release artifacts enabled, meaning the examples build can check the snapshots repo for artifacts it should not.
