    Description

      Any use of JMX by the operator should use this with its service account, no more plain credentials.

      RBAC should be in play, an Operator Role in the broker. Many be a few if that makes sense.

      mTLS and cert login module - may need to be embedded - may need multiple login.configs or realms at a min.
