Description
The broker has switched the logging implementation on the broker.
In case the user is upgrading the configuration to the new broker, we are introducing a CLI command to initialize a default logging:
./artemis init-logging
this command will need to be called as part of the migration process and it will need to be included in the release and upgrade notes.
