Broker responds dynamically to adding addresses to broker.xml, but not removing them

      5. Remove the <address> entry
      6. Verify from console that the new address has not been removed

      A-MQ 7 responds to changes to broker.xml dynamically. If a new <address> is added, then the new entry shows up in the console. If such an entry is removed, it remains present in some sense.

      The spurious address survives a broker restart – probably because it is still present in the bindings file.
