Can't install AMQ Broker 7.9.x with operator 7.10

    Description

      Can't install AMQ Broker 7.9.4 using operator v7.10. Setting "version: 7.9.4" in the CR is ignored, 7.10 is installed instead. The broker operator also doesn't have the 7.9.4 related image urls in environment variables.

      I also tried to install 7.9.2, but the created Pods try to pull an image that doesn't seem to exist anymore in registry.redhat.io, causing ImagePullBackOff
