Broker should set <page-sync-timeout> in similar way as <journal-buffer-timeout>

    Description

      When artemis create command is run, user can see information about <journal-buffer-timeout>. But no information is provided about <page-sync-timeout> :

      _Auto tuning journal ...
      done! Your system can make 19.23 writes per millisecond, your journal-buffer-timeout will be 52000
      _
      User can also run CLI command artemis perf-journal to automatically adjust the value of <journal-buffer-timeout>. It is not possible for <page-sync-timeout>.
