Major Inject the status of the deployment in the ActiveMQArtemis, ActiveMQArtemisAddress & ActiveMQArtemisSecurity CR resource (both for new deployments and for updates).
The status can, for example, show whether the 'child' resources (stateful set, secrets, services and routes) have been created/updated and whether the pods have been successfully (re)started.
