Messages can't be purged from queue via management console

      There is workaround via Operations

      1. Go to Artemis-> amq -> addresses -> 'test_address' -> queues -> anycast | multicast -> 'test_purge' -> Operations -> Execute

      1. Create anycast or multicast queue 'test_purge' under address 'test_address'
      2. Send 5 messages to the queue 'test_purge'
      3. Go to Artemis-> amq -> addresses -> 'test_address' -> queues -> anycast | multicast -> 'test_purge'
      4. Check messages in Browse (return and expected: 5 messages)
      5. Delete -> Purge queue 'test_purge' -> Purge
      6. Check messages again in Browse (return: 5 messages; expected: no messages)
