operator installed from Operatorhub creates duplicate roles and rolebindings

Operator form operatorhub for managing whole cluster installs 4 different roles (2 roles, 2 cluster roles); see first screenshot.

It also creates 5 role bindings 1 of which is duplicate, see second screenshot.

Numbers don't add up and I don't understand the neccessity of duplicate roles (amq-broker-operator.v7.9.1-opr-2 / amq-broker-operator.v7.9.1-opr-2-amq-broker-operator-6c7cfddc86)
