Use a war name without version jolokia-war-1.3.5.redhat-1.war

We met issue when we are migrating from Beta1 to Beta2, we think war name can use a name without version on jolokia-war-1.3.5.redhat-1.war.

The steps:
install beta1 and create a broker
install beta2
change broker artemis.profile updating ARTEMIS_HOME from beta1 version to beta2.

At this point everything works fine except jolokia, the bootstrap.xml still contains the hard coded version to the jolokia war from the previous beta1.

What we think would be sensible here is to have this jolokia-war unversioned, like all the other wars in the bootstrap xml which means no intervention is required on upgrade other than changing the version on artemis.profile.
