ActiveMQArtemisAddress CR don't update the filterString

      1. Create an ArtemisAddress:

      oc create -f - <<EOF

      When we create an address using CR ActiveMQArtemisAddress the filter is set correctly, However when we update the CR, the filter is not updated.
