AMQSecurity: Supplied Login and Password for PropertiesModule doesn't get propagated inside of the pod

      1) Create AmqSecurity CR

      2) Create Broker StatefulSet via Operator

      3) Expect login/password from 1) work

      4) instead, it doesn't work and some default user named "admin" is created according to properties files found inside of the Pod.
