Hawtio missing "Retry Messages" tab for custom DLQ and ExpiryQueue

      In hawtio console, the default DLQ and  Expiry queue shows "Retry Messages" tab. This tab is missing for custom DLQ and ExpiryQueue. Screenshots attached.
