    Description

      AMQ 6 had a configuration option for decreaseNetworkConsumerPriority in a network of brokers. However this is missing in AMQ 7. Not having this feature is causing issues in migration.

      Request to consider implementing this feature in AMQ 7.

      Please note the existing Artemis Consumer Priority is not serving the same purpose as it requires manual configuration of consumers and then reconfigure them on failover.  https://activemq.apache.org/components/artemis/documentation/latest/consumer-priority
