Add keycloak dependency to distro

    Description

      RH SSO is keycloak, hawtio supports keycloak, but to enable requires keycloak JAAS login modules to be configured in the broker.

      We need to provide the jars in the distro and lock down the version. 7.4 in the first instance.

       

      The libListWithDeps described at https://github.com/apache/activemq-artemis/tree/main/examples/features/standard/security-keycloak

       

      should not be necessary
