With this feature, messages are always backed up on a separated folder.

Everything sent to the broker, will be copied to the retention folder.

On 7.9 these messages will be available on the retention folder, and you can rebuild journals for a separate server, using ./artemis data recover CLI.

On a later feature available on 7.10, it will be possible to replay any of these messages with a simple call to ActiveMQServerControl.replay().
