AMQ 7 overflows its allocated storage and will not clean up

    Description

      In an RHMI system, one of the brokers that is part of an AMQ Online cluster has exceeded its allocated storage with journal files, and now will not remove any of them, even though the message count reported by the console, and by "artemis queue stat" appears to be zero.

          Bug - A problem that impairs or prevents the functions of the product. ENTMQBR-4831 [LTS] AMQ 7 should try to compact journals containing update records after repeated redelivery
