Set supportAdvisory=false as default configuration

    Description

      We can set this in acceptor configuration. But when AMQ is deployed on OpenShift than it is difficult to set it(I don't see a proper way to configurd it). If we can set supportAdvisory to false in default configuration this would apply to AMQ deployment on OpenShift too.

      If this is approved we might have to modify documentation too.
