AMQ 7.8 Hawtio console shows incorrect message browse date

    Description

      AMQ 7.8 Hawtio console shows incorrect message browse timestamp date. The message header shows the correct timestamp value. However it's in integer format. 

      AMQ 7.7 console shows correct timestamp for browse function as well as for header property.
