Expiry or DLQ retry is not working with AMQP

    Description

      This was a regression after https://issues.jboss.org/jira/browse/ENTMQBR-2411 and https://issues.jboss.org/jira/browse/ENTMQBR-2757

      The messages now use x-opt, however the retry logic was not looking after the new annotation symbols.
