A customer needs to log in JSON format.

It is supposed to be feasible using Custom Handlers at:

[AMQLogging|https://activemq.apache.org/components/artemis/documentation/latest/logging.html]

This is important to make the integration with some logging, tools like Spunk, easier than it is now.
