artemis should fill in container and properties fields on AMQP open frame

The container field on the AMQP open frame is important for identifying the conatiner in which queues exist. At present it is always an empty string. It should ideally be durable. If it can be configured in some way that would be an added bonus (allows for more identifiable names e.g. tying it to the 'instance'). https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARTEMIS-446

The properties field is not mandatory, but it is a useful way of indicating what the broker is. This allows an application to determine what strategy to use for broker specific tasks e.g. management. https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARTEMIS-447
