A recent change to the journal has introduced a semantic change that could affect network responsiveness and replication performance: backup await replicated journal records to hit disk, blocking the Netty event loop as well.

The original behaviour was to not wait the disk to hit the journal, instead.

AMQ 7.7.0.CR4 is NOT affected by this semantic change: right now is just an upstream issue.
