Metrics not working on OpenShift

      When configuring the metrics plugin environment AMQ_ENABLE_METRICS_PLUGIN = true the configuration in $instanceDir/etc/broker.xml is adjusted, but the metrics plugin library is not copied to $instanceDir/lib. Therefore, accessing localhost:8161/metrics gives an NPE.

      For OpenShift usage it is a blocker because launch.sh with function injectMetricsPlugin can not be changed.
