Provide example of Prometheus and Grafana deployment configurations for AMQ Broker on OpenShift

      Provide example configurations for deploying Prometheus and Grafana to monitor AMQ Broker as well as document instructions for deploying these configurations.

      An example of this configuration was discussed on the messaging mailing list: http://post-office.corp.redhat.com/archives/messaging/2020-May/msg00183.html

      This example should be reviewed and cleaned up.
