Stateful set controller can't recover from CreateContainerError, blocking the operator

    Description

      CreateContainerError was reproduced by creating a downstream deployment using latest image from quay
      After this state is achieved on one of the pods, operator ignores changes in CRs, and can not redeploy to a proper image without removal.
