Currently available version of operator (0.9) is incompatible with currently LTS version of broker. This needs to be addressed.
Possible options:

1. LTS broker operator container image, based on the 7.5/7.6 GA, that works with an updated 7.4 LTS broker operator. The 7.4 broker
   container image would need some container image module scripts backported to the 7.4 container image. Would need to be careful
   that the changes don't break anything for those folks with an existing LTS installation. The changes were done with that in mind
   but it would be extra important here. This "new" LTS broker operator would only get bug fixes.
2. Update the GA broker operator with an additional channel that points to the 7.4 LTS broker container image, still updating it
   with the script updates as above. This broker operator would continue to move forward but remain backward compatible.
   The downside here is that we have a customer with an LTS broker install receiving only bug fixes, yet the operator is receiving enhancements which is likely undesirable.
