When debugging message migraiton on openshift, Drainer pods are decomissioned immediatelly after process has finished.

This means that logs on the pods are removed as soon as they finish processing.

Drainer broker should be able to pause itself for configurable time to get logs from pods, which should be configurable through a special environmental variable, or flag, or xml configuration option.
