Upstream documentation for transformers was created via https://github.com/apache/activemq-artemis/pull/2871/files.

This task is to track addition of downstream documentation for transformers

Note: The upstream documentation for diverts here shows some use of transformers. Currently, this is not included in the downstream doc for diverts. As part of adding the transformers doc, the doc for diverts should be also be enhanced.
