AMQ 7.5.0.GA
As an OCP Admin, I would like to deploy the AMQ Operator cluster-wide, (It watches an all namespaces.), so I only need to deploy only 1 replica of the Operator per cluster, in order to manage all the AMQ Brokers and related objects per cluster.
Currently the env var WATCH_NAMESPACE [1] is exposed in the deployment, but not honored if changed.
