Document 7.5 Operator: Add note about correct way to delete deployment

We should mention somewhere how to properly remove the broker deployment that comes from creating a custom resource. i.e. that to remove the broker deployment the right thing to do is to delete the custom resource instance and NOT just delete the statefulset.
