For legacy reasons the current headless service name is set to 'amq-broker-amq-headless' and the ping service name 'ping'. Work was done via ENTMQBR-1648 to enable these to be changed in the templates using an application name and a ping service name. For the moment the operator does not utilize these environment variables.

As a result when you create a second custom resource instance in the same namespace it fails to create its own headless service and ping service as it attempts to reuse the same names.
